You don’t have to be anything to do yoga. Yoga is for everybody. (Every BODY, as my teacher emphasizes.)

Yoga creates flexibility.

It creates flexibility in your body and in your MIND.

It also creates strength in mind and body.

And balance.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 22 years, but the year I started doing it consistently was the year I created real balance in my life—and my body, and my mind.
