My Coach and Mentor, Audrey Blair

Before I go any further into my stories, I have to call out my own incredible life coach, Audrey Blair, PCC. Every single session with her is a massive breakthrough for me.

I always come away with at least one insight that’s impactful enough to drive me to action—actions have created the specific results I told her I was looking for when I signed.

I knew exactly what I was getting with Audrey because we worked together years ago. I knew she could challenge me in exactly the way I need: so I see myself—and my blindspots—with all the clarity I've been avoiding.

Sometimes I can't tell if she actually can see right through me, as it seems she does, or if she’s just really good at asking the exact questions I need to make me see what I’ve been refusing to see.

From our days working in Client Success, I do know she is very good at the latter. She taught and coached our entire team, including leadership, and recordings are still being used as trainings to this day. Whatever it is, it’s fast and effective.

I highly recommend Audrey to anyone who is looking for a life coach to help them jump several levels very quickly—whether that’s a promotion at work, a change in a personal relationship, or a whole new life transition.

I especially recommend Audrey to people who are wanting to explore their own mindset, examine the stories they tell themselves, and see how they are getting in their own way. It does involve sitting with some discomfort, but that is also how we grow. She’s really good at navigating people through to their goals.
