Who does NOT want to work with me?

People who don't want to change.

People who don't want to challenge their own thinking.

Anyone who is afraid of being (or unwilling to be) wrong. These people should NOT get a life coach. Especially not me.

Coaching is about personal growth.

Growth is change . . .

is examining your lens, looking through new ones . . .

is acknowledging yours wasn't the only possible perspective . . .

is admitting you could be wrong . . .

is precisely what your brain is psychologically programmed NOT to do!

It’s true, your brain loves to prove itself right. Living on autopilot, without any introspection, you’re likely to keep experiencing the same problems over and over rather than learning and growing from them.

That’s the bad news.

The good news is, I am very good at helping people see the lens they’re using.

Once you’re able to see your own lens, you'll be able to take a look through others, adding details and information you were missing.

It’s the new details that make changing your behavior not only possible, but easy and natural.

Want to look at what you've been missing?

Come try on some new glasses with me.
