Eaglecrest yoga
Free yoga for Eaglecrest Elementary teachers and staff
Tuesdays at 5pm (*or 4:30, see below)
Four of my children went to Eaglecrest, and my baby graduated last year. As a thank you, and a recognition of the enormous impact public school teachers and staff contribute to our society, I’m grateful to be able to offer this free weekly class for the teachers and staff.
I teach a vinyasa style of yoga, and suitable for all levels, and all bodies. It is very beginner friendly, so if this is your first time doing yoga, please feel welcome.

*My intention is to offer yoga at a time and location that is convenient for you! Pease contact me if you would prefer a 4:30 start time. I will move the class earlier if there is enough interest.
What People Are Saying
My yoga philosophy
Yoga is the practice of being aware of being a human.
It is taking time each day to observe what it’s actually like,
to have a body that senses,
and feels,
and a mind that chatters,
and makes stuff up.
Yoga helps us move our bodies the way human bodies need to move each day, and teaches us to use our breath to create our peace. I believe Yoga is for every body. Regardless of size, shape, injury, or ability level, I will help make the poses accessible for you.
My yoga story
I began practicing yoga in 2004. At first, it was just a delicious way to work my body. Eventually, I came to value the mindfulness and meditation aspects. Today, I fully appreciate it as a tool for personal development, and for building community connection, service, and love. Yoga can be a beautiful compliment to any spiritual or religious practice, or stand alone as an empowering framework for growth.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Summer 2026 with the renowned Denise Druce, creator of Yoga Forward, I now offer private and group classes, and yoga-inspired life coaching.
