Yoga Classes
Strength, flexibility, and balance for body and mind
Practice yoga in my home studio in Lehi, Utah.
Yoga means “yoke” or “union.” We unite breath with movement, body with mind, and ourselves with our community.
All my classes begin with a short drop-in meditation and warm-up flow. We then move slowly, focusing the mind and bringing awareness to the body in each pose. We flow from one posture to another, working, stretching and strengthening both our muscles and our mental awareness. We end in shavasana, where we absorb and rest in the benefits of our practice for several minutes. Finally, we gather to sip tea on my deck and connect with other lovely humans.
Classes are 90 minutes, including tea time, and class size is limited to 7. My classes are suitable for all levels and all bodies. Mats and props provided.
Register by selecting a day and time on the calendar. See class descriptions below and be sure to select the correct time slot for the type of class you want.
Vinyasa Flow
10am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 2pm Tuesday
An active, 60 minute flowing yoga practice, followed by tea time. This is intended to be a workout, but I will always encourage you to listen to your body, and dropping into child’s pose at any time is completely acceptable.
Pose + Balance Workshop
1:30pm Wednesday
Refine your poses, including arm balances and headstands, followed by tea time. Work on poses of the week, or choose your own. Either way, I help you refine and adapt the posture for your body.
Restorative Evening Flow
8pm Monday, Thursday
A relaxing, 60 minute flowing yoga practice, followed by tea time. We spend much more time on the floor, stretching and preparing our bodies for a restful sleep.

Eaglecrest Yoga
Free yoga for school teachers
Yogis practice Seva, or selfless service, giving time and energy to our community. I have so much gratitude and respect for our public school teachers, and the enormous impact their work has on our society. I love being able to offer a free weekly class for teachers and staff.
My yoga philosophy
Yoga is the practice of being aware of being a human.
It is taking time each day to observe what it’s actually like,
to have a body that senses,
and feels,
and a mind that chatters,
and makes stuff up.
Yoga helps us move our bodies the way human bodies need to move each day, and teaches us to use our breath to create our peace. I believe Yoga is for every body. Regardless of size, shape, injury, or ability level, I will help make the poses accessible for you.
My yoga story
I began practicing yoga in 2004. At first, it was just a delicious way to work my body. Eventually, I came to value the mindfulness and meditation aspects. Today, I fully appreciate it as a tool for personal development, and for building community connection, service, and love. Yoga can be a beautiful compliment to any spiritual or religious practice, or stand alone as an empowering framework for growth.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Summer 2026 with the renowned Denise Druce, creator of Yoga Forward. Denise teaches a therapeutic style of yoga, and I can help you customize a yoga practice for your body. I offer private and group classes, and yoga-inspired life coaching.
