Donation-based yoga

I’m now teaching three audiences:

Yoga for Neighbors

I’m happy to share the benefits of yoga with my own neighborhood by offering free and donation-based classes in my home studio. Donations support my heart-work: coaching women who are building their career or otherwise seeking independence after years of caregiving.

This is often the most intimidating part of leaving unhealthy and unfixable relationships, and the fear often keeps women and children in toxic cycles for far too long. It is absolutely possible to not only overcome, but absolutely thrive after this experience. I have been walking women through it for years, and now I’m grateful to be able to do it even more through yoga.

Yoga for Teens

Someone reached out asking about yoga for teens. She recognized the value of yoga for helping you sit with yourself. Let all those upsetting thoughts and feelings swirl, become the one in charge of it all. Observe, rather than react.

I love teaching this age group. What a wonderful time to develop this kind of emotional capacity. They are so receptive as their brains are primed for learning new skills. Plus, they don’t have decades of practicing ineffective methods to unlearn!

Yoga for School Teachers

All yogis offer Seva, or selfless service to a community that is close to their heart.

I am teaching a regular class to the teachers and staff of the elementary school that four of my children went to as a thank you, and a recognition of the enormous impact public school teachers and staff contribute to our society.
